This new $6 million project consists of a 10,000-square-foot strip center and a 14,820-square-foot Walgreens with a double lane pharmacy drive-thru. It is designed to complement the existing tenants in this highly successful 65,000 square-foot commercial area located at the intersection of Grand Avenue, Page Avenue, and Martin Luther King Boulevard in North St. Louis City. Instant Tax, Street Legends and U.S. Cellular are already housed in the new development, and Walgreens was completed in late summer 2007. Other restaurants and retailers have expressed interest in this location but have not yet been announced.
Current tenants of Phases I, II and III include Save-A-Lot, Foot Locker, Foot Locker Kids, Fashion Cents, Rainbow Fashions, Fashion Guys, Subway, Grand Dollar, H&R Block, EB Games, Payless Shoe Source and The Nail Spa.
