Grandview Plaza is a 330,000-square-foot center located in North St. Louis County.  The project was a $13 million renovation completed in 1994 that included the construction of a 70,000-square-foot Schnuck's Superstore, an 85,000-square-foot Home Quarters, a 16,000-square-foot Walgreens, a 42,000-square-foot Office Max and 100,000 square-feet of adjacent space.  The center's renovation included a new canopy and complete site improvements.
